Christoph set the standards for best practice in the German house-building industry, having founded and built-up the country`s leading residential developer, CG Gruppe, which grew to €8bn worth of residential products in the pipeline by the beginning of 2020. With his new company Gröner Group GmbH, founded in 2020, Christoph continues to break new ground by using advanced technology, ecological innovation,

and digitalisation such as BIM in his developments, while challenging outdated industry methods in the process. Christoph is a passionate contributor to social causes and is chairman of the charity organization called “Wirtschaft Kann Kinder e.V.”, a charity designated to help projects and other organizations that support socially disadvantaged children and adolescents in Germany.

Amy L Davis

Asset Management

Amy qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2013 at SWIP, and since then has been involved in the investment analysis and asset management of both residential and commercial sectors across the UK.

Most recently, Amy has been involved in managing a BTR portfolio, and within her role at COREM, a mixture of commercial and development opportunities for institutional clients. In her spare time, Amy enjoys running marathons and supporting young women through volunteering within Girlguiding.

Peter Lillington

Asset Management

Peter has significant cross-sector experience in investment, commercial real estate, real estate development and real estate transactions. Having latterly held the position as Head of Institutional Funds for SWIP, one of Europe’s largest funds with £150bn under management, Peter’s particular expertise is in asset management. Now,

as Chairman of Odysseus, he coordinates investment, development and operations for a range of commercial and residential assets across the UK, as well as directing investment at COREM, a JV with Odysseus. Peter is an ex-Scottish international rugby player and enjoys sports such as hiking, shooting and fishing.

Matthew Hill

Investment Management

During his 30 years in the European property industry, Matthew has covered institutional investment, property development, property finance, banking and debt restructuring with senior roles at King Sturge, Anderson, Alix Partners and Alvarez & Marshal. In 2014 Matthew founded the real estate advisory firm Eaton Hill Partners, which provides services

to clients across a range of sectors in Europe, with a particular focus on the core property market. Matthew is also a Senior Adviser with McKinsey & Co, providing interim expert advice on real estate. Outside work, Matthew loves the sea and can often be found windsurfing off the South Coast.

Brian Norton

Programme Development

With a career spanning management consulting, property development, large-scale infrastructure delivery, and investment in start-ups, Brian has core expertise in capital investment and development. In 1998, he was the founder of one of the UK’s first programme management companies, which delivered development of over £5billion before sale to an NYSE company. Since then, Brian has held various directorships

in private and listed companies, including the UK’s first residential REIT. More recently, Brian acts as the Chairman of Cleanslate Ltd, which delivers residential developments through-out the South-East. Having undertaken a circumnavigation with his family (2009–2011), Brian has seen global climate change first-hand and is committed to a sustainable approach across his projects.

Jens Rammenzweig

Director

Jens Rammenzweig is responsible for financial operations as well as financing at Gröner Developments Ltd. He draws on more than 25 years of experience in the finance sector with a focus on commercial property financing and structured financial products.

He has been active on significant core property markets including London, New York and Tokyo. Outside work, Jens loves to travel and can often be found far away from Europe.

Mark Fitzpatrick

Design & Construction Management

Having held a directorial role at the Berkeley Group, Mark has project-managed a wide variety of large-scale residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. In 2002, he participated in a management buyout of Bewley Homes and was a Main Board Director until 2012, with responsibility for their commercial, construction and technical departments.

Currently, Mark is the co-founder and Managing Director of the successful South-East based housebuilder Cleanslate Ltd, a role in which he has coordinated the development of over 5,000 residential units in the UK and Middle East. Beyond work, Mark enjoys outdoor pursuits, he can be spotted most weekends horse-riding through the Berkshire countryside.

Previously PFI Bid Director for Amey PLC & Navigant Consulting, Richard has managed projects including the ground-breaking Argyll & Bute NPDO, which built 10 schools on 5 sites with an NPV of c£160m. In 2012, Richard founded Odysseus, which provides advisory services in development and asset management across a range of commercial and residential sectors. Richard is also MD of COREM Investment Management Ltd, which invests

in commercial property on behalf of overseas institutional clients. Prior to his commercial career, Richard spent 10 years in the British Army, serving as an infantry officer all over the world. He is a Trustee and Board member of Scottish Veteran's Residences, a charitable organisation which provides support and accommodation to ex-service members. Richard is also a volunteer for Mountain Rescue in Scotland, helping others to enjoy the outdoors safely.
